If you often feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself, you’re not alone. Life’s challenges can leave you feeling stuck, uncertain, or unsure of how to move forward. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner strength, find balance, and create space for healing and self-acceptance.
I help clients recognize that their emotions are valid and real. Through a mindful and somatic approach, we’ll explore how attempts to suppress, manage, or control emotions may be keeping you from living fully. Together, we’ll work to increase awareness, nurture self-compassion, and take meaningful, values-based steps toward a more grounded and fulfilling life.
Before starting my private practice in Saratoga Springs, I worked in local emergency departments conducting crisis evaluations, in substance use treatment, and in programs focused on preventing foster care placements. I also served as Clinical Director of a day treatment center, supporting individuals through complex emotional challenges.
I hold dual undergraduate degrees in Human Development and Elementary Education from Wheelock College in Boston, and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Denver. I am currently accepting self-pay clients.
